Complaints Procedure

We hope that you will be satisfied with the service that we provide, but we recognise that it is in the nature of insolvency proceedings for disputes to arise from time to time. If you should have cause to complain about the way in which a matter has been dealt with, you should, in the first instance, put details of your complaint in writing to Alisdair Findlay at the address below. We will endeavour to deal with your complaint as soon as is reasonably practical.

We hope that most disputes can be resolved amicably either through the provision of further information or following further discussions.
